Dear Tony:

We think you may remember us and our move by the hysteria on my part when I called you at the last minute. You packed us on April4, 2002 and delivered 2 truckpads to Ft. Myers, Florida on April 8, 2002. We are not entirely unpacked from that move, even as of this writing. However, we are settled in the house and I'm simply trying to move the boxes over from the storage area to get my antiques business up and running.

I was purposely waiting to write you with any kudos until all the boxes were unpacked thinking that surely there might be some problem - not a scratch, a dent, something smashed - somewhere.  But, at this point there is no reason to wait any longer because NOTHING POSITIVELY NOTHING was damaged in any way during this move! I cannot thank you enough or sing your praises enough and to your crew who moved us as well, with regard to this move.

As you know, we were very confused while listening to the various movers who we called about pricing the move. We were also "bamboozled" when the agent for Atlas continued lowering her first bid and making us believe they were throwing in insurance. If I could only go on TV and tell the public that they should no listen to the fast talkers of the moving business and trust in their own local movers.

Tony, It has been more than 2 months since our move and not a day goes by that I don't thank you and think of you as I unpack box after box. Everything is perfect. As I said, there's not a scratch or dent. Nothing has been broken and that is a miracle in itself, as I moved over 200 porcelain dolls, 5 antique grandfather clocks and many valuable collectibles

You are a Godsend and I will thank you forever for being a man who is true to your word and the most honest and reliable businessman I have ever come into contact with. You might also want to know that you were the only person who stood by his first bid figure for this job, without "dickering". That is proof in itself that you priced the job at your best price and stood by it. You didn't charge us one additional dime! I might might have expected some sort of financial penalty for your trouble in gathering the trucks and crew so quickly but you didn't even charge anything extra for that..
